Iceman Cometh Challenge – November 3, 2018

The Bell’s Beer Iceman Cometh Challenge is a 30 mile point-to-point mountain bike race from Kalkaska to Traverse City, Michigan.

Held traditionally on the first Saturday of November (except for years when the first Saturday of November is the 1st), the 29th annual Bell’s Iceman will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018.

PJ Party ~ Better than Black Friday Shopping in Glen Arbor

Friday, November 23rd at a NEW time this year from: 6:30-9am*

Enjoy shopping in your leisure-wear the day after Thanksgiving, avoid the lines in the city and shop local quality goods for yourself, with your friends and neighbors and get a jump on holiday gifts. We like to grab a light eat, drink or breakfast out, following the event.

Glen Arbor – Tree Lighting & Holiday Market Preview Party – November 23, 2018


Tree Lighting & Caroling | 6:15pm
Holiday Market Preview Party | 6:30-8pm
at the Glen Arbor Township Hall

Glen Arbor’s Annual Tree Lighting, (located outside in front of the Glen Arbor Town Hall), happens promptly at 6:15pm. NEW this year, we’ll have professionally led Caroloing as well. Bundle up and bring the family out for some holiday cheer, with donuts provided by Art’s Tavern.

The Holiday Market “Preview Party” is located inside the Town Hall immediately following the tree lighting. Mingle, shop and get first picks of all the artisan goods during the Holiday Marketplace preview party, from 6:30-8pm!

A variety of lovely Holiday Greenery is also for sale at this event.

No admission fee, Open to the Public.
