Hillside Homestead is a small farm in Suttons Bay, Michigan. I enjoy the homesteading life, with a big slant to historic methods. At this time I’m sharing some adventures here and on social media. This elegant B&B in a 1920s cottage is 1 block from a sandy Lake Michigan beach and 2 blocks from the Suttons Bay town center.
Chic, air-conditioned rooms are individually decorated and feature free WiFi and flat-screen cable TVs, plus private bathrooms and minifridges.
Full breakfast is included and features signature granola plus hot entrees made with locally-sourced products. The house features original artworks and sculpture.

The Northport Inn is a luxurious, 9-room B&B in downtown Northport, Michigan. The largest building in town, The Northport also houses a café, Motovino Cellars wine-tasting room, and the Northport Fitness Center. Guests at the Inn receive vouchers for use at the café, and discounts at the fitness center and the wine-tasting room.

Beautiful linens, comfortable reading chairs, bedside lamps, large mirrors and soft rugs. Rich colors and sumptuous furnishings. Rooms accommodate two persons, and suites up to four. Cribs, sleeping bags or folding beds cannot be accommodated. Children under 12 are limited to the rooms and suite on the first floor.

Homemade breakfast, with the freshest ingredients, served each morning for guests in the inn.
